  • Honest, straightforward, competent, on-time, polite and professional. What more could you ask for? Well, also very affordable. I called Steve at the recommendation of an old friend who is retired from the HVAC business. He came, diagnosed the issues with my AC, showed me exactly what needed to be done and explained clearly why, did the work and we were a go. Total charges, $200. This after another company had estimated $410 for exactly the same work plus they had recommended an additional $650 that turned out to be unnecessary. Savings to me of having Steve do the work? $800!
