  • Very creamy and flavorful ice cream. They make it by freezing with liquid nitrogen on the spot. Lots of different toppings, including some fancy ones like macarons. Very pricey, considering the serving size and that it's ice cream, but I guess the liquid nitrogen costs a lot. Don't get the mint flavor unless you want an herby taste (doesn't taste like mint). I like the strawberry balsamic, creme fraiche, coffee flavors. Free caramel/fudge drizzle.
