| - I have been going to the Irish Pub now for over a year now, and it's time that I squawk! In your dinning area, your servers, who trained them? My last visit we sat down, and waited 5 minutes just to be greeted, and no one came. My wife went to the kitchen door and looked in, and our server was sitting back there talking. I have seen 4 different servers, and none of them can multitask. My wife wanted her coffee refilled, so the server took her cup to the back and filled it. Now don't you think it would have been a little more professional if you had brought the pot of coffee out to your customers, and refreshed the other coffee cups while out there? When my breakfast came, we had no jelly for our toast. Once again.... no server to be seen. So we waited until he came out again, (now my toast was cold).
OK.... enough picking on the severs. It's not there fault, they just were not properly trained. They are very friendly and have nice smiles.... so no need to replace them, just give them some guidance and training.... you'll have a nice restaurant.
By the way..... the food is great, and so are the prices..... Just bring a bell when you want service at your table, that's all.......
