Been to two different hair dressers, Kelly and Lindsay, both very professional and sweet girls. After my last visit, I went back three days later because I wasn't satisfied with the root color. Since I paid over $200 I wanted to go back and talk about it, even if I felt a little uncomfortable to do it.
I immediately told the girl in the reception that this is not a complaint about the hair dresser - it was me who made a bad decision. I thought my hair would look different. She was not understanding at all and had a very cold attitude. Since it was me and not the hairdresser who did something wrong, she told me I have to pay full price, about $130, to get it fixed. Fine! If that's Hedkandi's policy - even if I find it strange to at least not get a discount - but at least treat me well.
Hedkandi loves me not!
