  • Well not even on Christmas these folks can deliver Very mediocre Xmas and low class servers One workers first day was today My server at the hotel restaurant rushed by our table several times with plates in hand heading to kitchen asked us how we were doing as if he had no time to personally stop by The regular bartender had just left leaving us with poorly made drinks which management fixed them NO PAY PER VIEW MOVIES AFTER I WAS TOLD THEY HAD THEM AT BOOKING! Horrible and on Christmas that's what I expected to do, rent a classic movie I wanted to stay at the nearby Fairmont who had pay per view and later bar hours but Erin who was the night manager only offered $60 as a compensation A guy named Dave who was a renaissance hotel worker yelled at me that I parked in a valet zone in the garage however I never saw the sign, it was a flimsy one taped up - not even an official sign and there was only one other car besides mine on that level and even the entire next level was bare But he was worried about my car there on Christmas night in basically a deserted lot and deserted hotel It's Christmas! Lol Erin flunks hotel hospitality !
