rev:text	I purchased my vehicle from another Hendrick dealership (South Blvd) and had a great experience. With my vehicle purchase maintenance is included. I was told I could go to any Hendrick dealership to get serviced. Called and made an appt and receptionist said it wouldn't be a problem. I showed up at 9:30 as expected and they told me they didn't have the oil filter for my car and that the person booking the appt should have made sure they had it or ordered it. It's Thanksgiving in a few days and I'm road tripping to go see family. This oil change had to happen today. I ask the guy if I can just go buy a filter and come back. He said yes. I go buy filter and call to make sure they can have my car ready by 11:00 because my daughter is sick and has a dr. Appt. The lady on the phone said yes. They could rush it through since I was inconvenienced. I come all the way back and the guy in the garage said there's no way they could have it done by then. To go to doctor and come back. There is a serious lack of communication going on with no one owning anything. Everyone I talk to blames someone else. I leave and take my sick kid to the doctor and come back. Now it's 1:05 and I'll be here for probably another hour at the least. No one has shown a sense of urgency or any sympathy to my situation. My sick baby is sleeping on me and after all this I have to go get thanksgiving groceries and hope my daughter can hang in there for a few more hours. They also said they can't reimburse the cost of my fuel filter because I didn't get it through them. It's been a rough day and an unpleasant experience. I will not come back here again. ***update: THEY HAD THE OIL FILTER THE ENTIRE TIME. AHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Brian Snyder was nice, apologized at the end and was the only person who didn't drop the ball but that doesn't make up for all the other B.S. Waited for 2 hours. Thankful my daughter slept the entire time.
