  • I was here for the first time recently and the experience was wonderful. I have been looking for a new vet (Rainbow Vet was my previous vet but I was unhappy with their service) and tried Mandel. First of all the staff was very friendly and attentive. They were caring with my pup and all of them came out to greet him and he even got a treat! The vet tech was extremely kind and patient with my little excited puppy and was willing to discuss the prices as well as the services they were suggesting. When the Dr. did come in to administer the shots and so on, for the actual check-up, he explained everything in greater detail and kept us informed as to what was for what and why he was receiving each. All around it was a pleasurable experience, and I'm officially switching my vet to Mandel.
