(TL:dr) New owners have completely ruined Inta Juice both in personality and in quality. Smoothies are still good if you can bear the awkwardness and slowness.
I have been going to Inta Juice for quite some time (5+ years ) and it pains me to reduce my rating. The old owners, Tom and Anita, were awesome not only professionally but also personally. I could always count not only a great smoothie but also a nice heartfelt conversation. If there was ever a place where I felt like "community" was alive, it was here with Tom and Anita.
Tom and Anita have moved on and with them left the charm of this place. Now all that is left is a business - and I mean that in a bad way. A business is a place where you simply go spend money that you don't necessarily want to. A local shop is what you want - it is fun and makes you feel valued as part of the community.
But it isn't just the charm that is gone from Inta - it is also the efficiency and knowledge that is gone too. Previously I could come in and count on a quick order made right. Heck, Anita was great at talking to me about what was going on in my life (whether it be the gym, feeling under the weather, stressed) and making a drink that catered best to me. Now it isn't like that. I've given them months and multiple visits to "work out the kinks" but every time I've come here it is a debacle with something whether it be the smoothie itself or the electronics. One time they even had me TYPE IN my credit card (I understand that electronics mess up, but to just flip the screen around and stare at me without apology or explanation is not how you do it). The orders normally come out super slow and heaven forbid you come when they first open - nobody knows nothing at that hour.
The smoothies are still generally good as they are still using the same recipes as what Tom and Anita were using, but the service sucks here enough to the point that I don't really care to go anymore.
