The PA I saw was great, but I will not be returning because of my experience with the receptionist. I signed in and she avoided eye contact and never acknowledged me. She had all the time in the world to flirt with her coworkers. After waiting 30 mins and still not once acknowledged, I was about to drive to Urgent Care Extra where I've always been treated well. Right as I was about to get up and leave, I was called back. I hadn't filled out paperwork or even known I was checked in. Then the receptionist went to run my insurance at the end and was completely naive to the different divisions of a major insurer. She insisted I had no coverage when she couldn't take the time to read the back of the insurance card and run it properly. She was rude. Instead of owning up to her error she tried to shift her insurance incompetence on me for supposedly not carrying the right insurance card. I received this card just a few weeks ago. A simple apology from her for making an error would have been a much better experience. I know everyone makes mistakes, but don't be arrogant and shift blame on your customers.
