  • Good Food, Lousy Service. I've used FitPrep for a few weeks. The meals are great, service not so much. (1) They send you coupons via email, but can't redeem them on their website. (2) They don't have a phone number to call. All business seems to be conducted via text messages from different people. (3) One driver delivered to the wrong house and couldn't have cared less (4) They make promises about contacting your and/or resolving problems but don't follow up. (5) Labels on the food would be nice!
