  • I just ranted on their website so I will try to keep it brief hopefully. 1st time and last time all rolled in to one. Needed to have a rain coat for this weekends hiking and whale watching... We were in the store 30 minutes. No help... no one helping anyone. I unfortunately grabbed something that looked like it might work and fled. We were actually looking to buy more for another trip in July that we would've needed a lot more clothing and hiking boots. NOT HERE..!!!! Went to check out. ALL LANES were closed. There was a young lady at the front I think return register. She was nice but needs a little help on greeting and talking with people. The "other" person that we saw.. I wasn't sure if she was the cleaning lady, a staff person, or someone just roaming around trying to ignore everyone. And, like I said on their website.... I travel globally for my job and work with managers and marketing people all the time. When I see something like this, to me, it is always a direct result of their management or lack thereof. Won't be back.
