  • After researching several sites and talking to several caterers I decided to go with Masterpiece Cuisine. Contact and arrangements were easily facilitated and professional. Arrangements were made for delivery to our suite at 6:30pm and we had our person set to facilitate and oversee delivery and set up since we are set for a renewal of vows ceremony and will be picked up at 6:30pm. Our contact receives a call from the delivery person who informs her that they went to the wrong hotel. We are leaving the Bellagio for our ceremony and find out about the delivery error from our contact person. Imagine you are on your way to your very important event and such a service is in a state of flux, a very unsettling experience to say the least and an issue hard to ignore going forward. Upon arrival back to our suite we were less than impressed with the service but were more than willing to let things be. Later we received an email asking about our experience and requesting feedback and this is the point where the situation became horrible. I responded to the email and stated my opinion and concerns with my issues. I received a response to my feedback that was aggressive and insulting. To request feedback and then accuse me of insulting your business in any form is contradictory. There was feigned appearing concern immediately followed by aggressive counters to my opinions. The extent of my insult was using the term "delivery incompetence", for this I was accused of attacking an employee personally. Such treatment is one of the worst examples of customer service I have ever encountered and this came from management. If you request feedback, the last thing you should do is critique the feedback by response and especially in an aggressive and condescending manner. I gave my opinion without abusive language or personal references. I did not ask for ANY compensation, I only wanted to be heard since you asked for my feedback. I was so shocked by the response that I asked for no further contact, I would not subject myself to any further attack in writing or otherwise and I hope nobody else has to be the target of such unprofessional and aggressive customer service, especially when it coincides with what are meaningful and very precious moments in your lives.
