  • We are repeat homebuyers from Capstone and can't thank them enough for going above and beyond for helping us find and negotiate our dream home! From start to finish Ed and his team were responsive, attentive and knowledgeable. What I really value and appreciate is that Ed's entire team makes their client feel just as important as the next and they support each others success. Even though Ed was out on vacation one weekend his assistant Liz didn't miss a beat. Liz filled in and was just as caring, informative and knowledgeable. When placing an offer, Ed was persistent and knew how to make the offer competitive which is key in the home buying process. He communicated with us the entire way from beginning to end, even while on vacation! My husband and I fully endorse them to ANYONE!
