| - Delicious bagels, friendly service and low prices!
My favorite is the breakfast sandwich, but they also have a wide variety of homemade cream cheese if that is more of your speed. They also have soups, salads, and lox, so similar options to Jewish delis that I have been to in NJ.
I'm a big garlic fan, so I always get their garlic bagel. It's covered (covered!) in minced garlic, which is great. You may not be able to breathe on anyone afterwards, but it is so garlicky and tasty.
My family is from NJ, so I always get the Taylor Ham which I was so excited that they have here. If you don't know what Taylor Ham is, you should definitely try it once. It looks similar to Canadian Bacon, tastes kinda like fried bologna and is sweet and sour. I can't do it justice, but it is a treat in the breakfast sandwich. I think they skimp a little bit on the meat, so I always ask for double Taylor Ham.
Like others said, Poppy's can get crazy on the weekend. The parking lot is sufficient (most of the time) but it can be very difficult to find spots if you happen to coincide with classes at Flywheel, which is in the same shopping center. They do a good job of managing the line though so you don't feel like the service is slow.
Overall, it's a great, relatively quick and cheap breakfast choice.
