  • Service department has been absolutely wonderful to work with. They are honest and most importantly, respectful! I can't tell you how many times I have tried to avoid taking my car in because of the way most service departments treat women. But with Russ Darrow, the guys are friendly and courteous. In fact, I bought my Mazda across town but will bring it to Russ Darrow exclusively due to the great customer service I have received. Nice job, guys!
