BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!! I called to book my appointment and was told that I did not call far enough in advance and I would have to pay an additional $25 to extent the length of time for the Groupon. She said that she is booked two weeks out and it's Groupon's fault. I told her that it was definitely not my fault and I shouldn't have to pay extra. She said "read the fine print." I read the fine print aloud and nowhere did it say that I needed to book within a certain time frame. She then told me that it was my fault because I had 180 days to book it and I waited until the last minute. I told her that I bought it mid March and it is mid June. That is not 180 days and even if that was the case it did not say that I was required to book within any specific amount of time before the Groupon expired. She didn't like that so she told me "well good luck, contact Groupon. I don't want customers like you anyways" and hung up on me. Customers like who? Ones that pay for a service and expect to get what they pay for? I think that is every customer. She clearly operates under 3 different names because every name she has used has bad reviews and she keeps running from them instead of fixing her customer service issues. The real company name is Tranquil Infusion, LLC. Erica Rodarte is the owners name. She doesn't even have the other names she is using registered with the state.
