I had TCS clean my house in June 2014, and a half hour after I left my house (after the team came late), I received a call from one of the cleaners saying that a valve on my toilet had failed and my carpet had been flooded. Both cleaners apologized profusely and repeatedly, while at the same time claimed innocence and that they had not even entered the bathroom yet. I don't find this to be a plausible explanation, and I find it far too "coincidental" that the valve happened to fail the minute I left my house. I complained and the operations manager told me that there was nothing she could do, but that I should call back after I have a plumber come and tell me what happened. I will update this post if TCS exercises a bit of customer service and pays for whatever repairs their cleaners caused.
