This is my main gym, Ive been going here for about 2 years and the same issues are still here. 1. I understand its small, but they have double of same machines that people don't use, if they were to get rid of them the extra room would be much appreciated. 2. The trainers are ALWAYS in my way. I totally understand it is their job to train their clients but there are other people at the gym as well, I pay just like they do. The other day i just sat down on one of the machines to start my workout ( we have two of them) and one of the trainers comes up to me and asks me "if I'm using the machine"...yes i am using the machine which is why I'm sitting on it , and instead of going to the other one WHICH WAS AVAILABLE she puts her client right next to the machine I'm using until i finish which just makes me feel uncomfortable because i feel pressured to finish sooner. I got so annoyed that I just left without finishing my workout. This isn't my first encounter either, once another trainer comes up to me (I appreciate the tips) and beings to tell me I need to add more weight if i want to bulk up, Im not looking to 'bulk up' Im still in recovery from a shoulder injury and she kept pressuring me to do it. Professionally you shouldn't be giving advice to a client without knowing about their health, or physical state. I am studying to become a trainer so it was shocking to me as to what goes on. If there was a goodlife closer to my home id go there but there isn't. I hate going to this gym but don't really have a choice.
