We used to like the place, but it quickly degraded in the last 3 weeks...
We registered our 3YO son to private swimming class and all was great, he learned the basic very quickly and love going to his swimming class. We had an awesome teacher... So we decide to continue with a group setting on a weekly base to keep the progress....
Unfortunately our original teacher left WaterWings and since then the class our son is registered in change teacher 3 times, this 3 weeks in a row!!!....
Let say that for a 3YO changing teacher is not pleasant and slow down swimming progression.... all is to start again every time with new teacher... Worst, they are changing teacher not because of staff turnaround, but because of poor scheduling..... Twice we could see the last-week teacher giving class to another group..... adding insult to injury. While you watch your kid getting acclimated to new teacher, you can see the last teacher just behind.....
Stability and continuity is a key element for a conductive learning experience, lets say that WaterWings seems to have lost that important touch... and that's unfortunate....
