After participating in an on-line Chat session shortly after 8 AM, I'd not been called back to set an appointment as of 1:45pm. I called them, explained I needed to make an appointment and that I'd been waiting for them to get back to me all day to schedule. They said all service advisors were on the phone, but the next one available would return my call to schedule. Apparently their service scheduling calls take hours, because it took them another 1:15 to return my call. Of course, I ended up calling a different Ford dealership.
