  • It's never fun having car issues and being stuck by the road - especially at night. We had a flat tire and the jack that was in the trunk malfunctioned so I couldn't change the tire with the tools I had. So we called Geico, since we have the roadside assistance coverage. They dispatched Fast Towing and we were told the estimated arrival time would be 11PM. This was at 9:30 on a Friday night, so I had to understand the fact that it would be 90 minutes to wait for the assistance. Well the driver, Arthur, actually arrived 15 minutes earlier than projected and he was very courteous and pleasant. He helped us with the tire change and we were back on the road safely. Thanks for the great service!
