  • Thank you Sterling Services for taking care of my elderly neighbor on such short notice. I have a maintenance contract with Sterling Services for my AC and Heating. I have used them for a few years. I called because my neighbor had a problem with her back yard hose spigot would not turn off, also the main turn off in the front was stripped and wouldn't turn off either. I called several landscape companies and everyone was a recording and booked. I called Sterling and told them I was a repeat customer with a maintenance contract, had an elderly neighbor with a problem, could you please, as a favor for a repeat customer come out and address the problem? They were there within a few hours, fixed the problem that same day. Thank you Sterling for coming on such short notice. Dependable and reliable, a company I would recommend to friends.
