  • Went here June 5, 2017 8:30pm. Tried almost every restaurant in Mandalay Bay. So we wanted to entertain some clients at Strip Steak. First they were running behind which is understandable but wasn't too bad. But after being seated the food took forever to come out not to mention the waiter was given specific instructions on how to prepare two out of the four meals. And that was an epic fail. I just felt we were not given the attention that you normally get at a high-end restaurant. The food was not something out of this world that we would've expected from such a highly reviewed restaurant. My wife ordered filet mignon that was rare as opposed to medium. Mine was overcooked. Even as we requested drinks that took forever to come out if they remembered. Dessert choices were not that great. Had dessert somewhere else. It's too bad for almost $500 that we spent there for four the experience should've been a lot better. I'm definitely not impressed. Kumi was definitely a lot of fun right next to it.
