  • What a nightmare! Came here because one of the stylists had amazing reviews. After an extension consultation, where we discussed color and length, she made my hair too blonde, too long and not thick enough. On my next appt, she said she could color the extensions a bit darker, and they turned out perfect. On my third appt, instead of coloring them, she just used toner...and left it on too long, turning them green. Instead of admitting her mistake, she installed the green extensions in my hair and tried to hide them. When I saw the mistake (a few days later, over a holiday when I was out of town), I texted her. She told me "sometimes that happens". When I asked her to fix it (either by recoloring them or coloring fresh extensions the right color), she refused. In fact all she offered to do was have me buy a full set of new extensions ($$$) in the right color (which I had asked for the FIRST time I saw her) and install those. What kind of professional installs extensions KNOWING they screwed them up? What kind of professional is ok letting their client walk around with green streaks in their hair?! What kind of professional screws up a clients hair and does nothing to fix it?! I'd say someone who is NOT a professional! I have lost work and hundreds of dollars over this "professional's" mistake. On a side note - I did find an INCREDIBLE stylist somewhere else who took one look at the damaged extensions and knew IMMEDIATELY that the former stylist left toner on them too long (most likely because she was texting of talking to another stylist in the salon instead of paying attention to her clients) and was able to fix them quickly, at a low cost and with zero damage. Avoid this salon at all costs if you want a stylist who actually cares about you and your hair!
