I decided to get a 90 massage here since they had coupons that you could print online. I agree with the other reviewer about the receptionist... not the friendliest person in the world. I've been to a lot of reflexology places and I've noticed that the majority of the massage therapists do not speak English. To deal with this issue, I told the receptionist ahead of time the area on my back that was bothering me the most so that she could tell the therapist what she needs to focus on.
Although I had an appointment, the massage did not start until 15 minutes later (and it ended 10 minutes too early). The only good thing that I could say is that the FOOT massage was excellent. I actually fell asleep during the foot massage. The down side is that she spent almost an hour on my feet. The last part that was worked on was my back, which only lasted for about 15 minutes. In a way, I should be thankful that it wasn't too long because it was AWFUL. The therapist used her elbows the entire time and did not massage the part on my back that I specifically asked the receptionist to tell the massage therapist to focus on (keep in mind that the receptionist could be blamed for this if she didn't tell her). The other thing that I did not like was that she massaged my spine, which was very painful and a sign of a BAD back massage. In the end, the part on my back that bothered me before I went there still bothered me by the time I left.
I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.
