Customer service at this location leaves a lot to be desired. I have gone in twice and have been told that they would not be able to assist, to schedule an appointment and come back later. Account lookups on my minor's account is another challenging adventure at this location. My next visit will be to go in and close all of our accounts and move to a bank with better customer service. This location fails to realize the importance of customer service and building a good banking relationships with minors. I've had an account at another bank since I was 15 years old and they always provided me great customer service. I only began using BOA when I was in the Midwest and did not have access to the above mentioned regional bank. I've learned my lesson and will move all of my accounts and my kids' account to them as well.
