  • Exceptional, fast, helpful, and CHEAP service, I don't know what more you could want!! I cracked my iPhone 6 screen during a drunken stupor over halloween weekend and needed it fixed asap so I called around a bunch of different places to get price quotes and ICell Wireless offered the best price hands down. Bonus, it's right downtown so I walked there during my lunch break. As soon as I came in Musharaf was extremely friendly and polite and tested my screen to make sure the touch sensors weren't affected, and confirmed all it needed was a screen replacement. Within seconds he got out some tools and got to work. My soul left my body for a second as I watched him open up my iPhone, which is probably the most terrifying thing to ever have to witness. He told me it would take 10 minutes, so I just looked around the shop at all the cool cases while he worked away. A couple of customers came by while he was working and he was quick to answer all of their questions and help them out while at the same time working on my phone, which was not a problem for me at all, in fact I thought it was great that he was being so helpful even while he was busy. When it was done he let me test out my phone with its brand spanking new screen and I was so pleased with how fast and how good of a job he did I yelled "you are AMAZING" at the top of my lungs. He also recommended a heavy duty glass screen protector for $20 so I got that as well, and the price - for the phone repair PLUS the screen protector - was STILL cheaper than all the quotes I got from about 6 different stores. Another bonus - the repair job comes with a 30 day guarantee so he said if I have any problems that I should just bring it back and he will fix it. I will definitely be coming back here for any and all of my repair needs, and will be recommending him to everyone I know.
