  • Had these folks out for a home warranty call, They were supposed to call me, I ended up having to call them to get their tech out. He was there 30 min, didn't check freon levels, didn't go inside to check vents, changed 2 capacitors then left. Unit stoped working within 4 hrs. Tried to get them back out and they said I had to wait until Monday to call it back in to their warranty department to reschedule, Poor service all the way around. A condensing fan motor costs around 75 bucks .. but I guess they would rather milk American home shield warranty for another service call and leave folks and pets without ac when it's 118 out . There are better ac companies, DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE FOLKS!! I'm trying to be polite here but had to get another company out to do their job.
