  • Jessie and his apprentice came to my house promptly the day my water main broke. I had mostly dug out the hole to see where the leak was coming from. I was very shocked when he said that he would charge me $200 to dig out the remaining dirt to assess the leak. I agreed to let him do the job and pay the price. He showed me the leak and gave me estimates to spot repair the leak and to replace the entire water one from the meter to the house with PEX line. I feel he was using scare tactics to persuade me to go the expensive route. I did not give in and chose the spot repair. He worked on my property for about three hours, although he had to make a few trips to the store and was not there the whole time. His repair failed about three weeks later and I had the company come out again. The company sent a different technician over that same day (Sunday). I was impressed that the company was so quick to respond!
