  • a. When one of the equipment break it takes months for these guys to fix it. b. The contracts are very open ended. This facility has become notorious for charging enhancement fees when there is no enhancement to show. This seem to be a trend of people who are stuck with long term contract with these guys. c. Equipment looks very old..The only worser facility than this is the 24 hour fitness in walmart complex on AZ avenue. d. I dont agree with a comment below that 50% of equipment doesnt work..Some dont work but not to that level. e. Of all the negative, the best positive is the staff..They are very friendly. f. Crowded..You cannot find good machines to work out during regular hours..You have to go after 6:30pm to find equipment of choice. g. Very Very Loud.. Bring some earplugs or music otherwise your ears will hurt..Especially inside that cycling room, there are lot of deaf people, I guess..I got headache after one sitting. i. If you leave your CC on file with them, they will be sure to charge fees. Because of the contract verbage, you cannot do anything.. If you sign a long term contract be sure to cancel if you dont want to continue. They will charge your CC at the first opportunity they will get and you will not get any favors or refund. It is not just me. I have heard people working out next to me complain as well. Staff is wonderful..Owner I don't think is but I have never met them. I will try to bail out of this facility when my contract ends and will never get back into this until they state clearly about enhancement fees.
