  • Unprofessional and terrible customer service is an understatement. Get ready to lose your mind if you ever have to call customer service. These reviews are very accurate of what you can anticipate if you choose to sign up. I can't even to begin to say all of my frustrations. Words of advice give your money to a company that values customers. Zero star rating is in order for centurylink.
