  • Cox is bad news.....We agreed on a package but beware there is a contract that requires no signature that goes into effect. Cox later changed the services which should have canceled my contract but that wasn't the case. The reason we signed with cox is because we have a lot of TV'S. Basic cox cable can be viewed on all TV sets. Cox later changed the service to all TV's need a mini box that you have to rent monthly. I have seven TV's so that's seven additional rental boxes. I told them this is not what I agreed to when I signed up but I was told I had to pay an additional $100.00 for canceling the service because I'm breaking contract. Will never go back...Bad customer service!
