Glad everyone else had a good experience with G.B. Mine was the opposite. Bought a cruiser two years ago and had nothing but problems with both bike and G.B. First day I got the bike supposedly 'ready for the road' and it looked as if the service guy rushed through the process as screws were not tightened. Next I had an issue with the back brake rubbing, took it in and they 'repaired' it only to have it rub again. Took it in a second time and they fixed the brake by modifying the bike, then the crank made a rattling noise. They fixed that and now the bike makes a whining noise when I ride it.
I am so tired of dealing with G.B. as it seems they are only concerned with pushing bikes out the door and do not help a customer in need. I am going to give this bike away and get another one somewhere else.
