  • This review is a bit overdue but I keep thinking back to my experience here and it was too good not to compliment the establishment! I'm from California and visited Charlotte this past month. I came in to dine on April 1st at around 130 pm for lunch and was just blown away by the exceptional customer service. Adrian was outside greeting and saw me glancing over the menu thru the windows. He was so friendly and sincere in greeting everybody, even if they were just cruisin' down the road. I kept walking and eventually turned around cause I really wanted that turkey/avo sandwich I saw advertised. The cashiers were so friendly. Bussers, servers, cashiers, and managers all very respectful and hard working. I was checked up on and made sure i was taken care of by everyone. Complete culture shock coming from california. Everyone is so nice and down to earth. This was my first restaurant experience in the state and it was a WONDERFUL way to begin my trip. Thanks Newks! Oh and PS- Food. Was . AMAZING.
