  • I cannot say enough good things about Robert, the general manager at this Auto Zone. As 20-something female, you often feel like you're going to be taken advantage when it comes to your car since we (usually) know nothing at all. Robert completely EMPOWERED me! I came in with a check engine light. He promptly hooked my car up and found the problem right away. The car part was available for purchase today and he made recommendations for some shops I could take it to when I asked. He even offered to take me to my car to show me where the part is located and what would need to be done. After seeing how easy it could be, we both came to the conclusion that I could replace this part myself and save the money, when I was originally going to go to a mechanic. He made me feel very comfortable, and even expressed that he's a father of girls my age so he completely understood my need to consult with my dad before doing anything. I truly believe he had my best interest when making his recommendations and I will definitely come see him when having any issues with my car from now on. Thank you!!
