Donuts are reasonably good, sometimes Munchkins have a distinct lard aftertaste that leaves a film on the inside of your mouth.
Service is an issue at times. For instance right now I'm in the midst of a brouhaha with them because they don't want to redeem an expired Groupon for the value I paid for it. It's irritating when a business uses a promotion that their staff (Alex, shift leader) doesn't know how to accept/redeem for their customers.
I will work through this problem, and I'll go back at some point out of convenience (it's right next door), but I don't like the fact that when I asked for a manager I was given a business card for their "GM" that contained no name on it. Just the email dd247@firstcupaz.com with a phone number of (480) 705-2376 that no one answers and that no voice mail picks up for? I have never seen a business go so far out of their way to AVOID speaking to a customer.
Strange, for sure.
