  • If I could give them 0 stars I would. The absolute worst customer service ever! Orders were late, wrong and not corrected! Our sales person Garon McHone didn't answer our emails or calls. He sold one thing, delivered another and he never corrected it. We then contacted his manager and he ignored the problem as well. There are so many other reputable appliance companies you could work with, do not make the mistake of giving Allstate your business. I guarantee you will regret it. I'm sure the 5 star reviews are friends & family trying to balance out the real customer reviews.
