| - Watch out on large party 18% gratuity, I found out they will charge you sales tax on gratuity, according to nevada tax law (yes I did call the nevada tax department to confirm this), if they give the gratuity to employees, than they cannot charge sales tax on gratuity, so in this case, that means they just give gratuity to the state, why do I want to support such restaurant who give all the gratuity to the state rather than their own employees? what's the point for service charge then? but when I talked to manager one, she mentioned they did give the gratuity to the employees, but when I talked to another manager the next day, he just simply argue that's how their system set up, and they can't do anything about it. On top of this, food is ok, I think it is overpriced, and if you are sensitive to smoke, this is not a place for you either, they have a bar within the restaurant where people can smoke, even though it's all covered up, you can still smell it. I will not be back because how they are being shady with charging sales tax on gratuity.
