  • If I could give them 0 stars I would. I paid $200.00 to clean my 2 sofas. My sofas are from Crate and Barrel and they're beige, they needed a cleaning but the manner in which he cleaned was by scrubbing with a very rough brush. He kept scraping on the the arms of the sofas back and forth. When he left the upholstery felt horrible dry and rough. When they dried I noticed they weren't any cleaner. The worst service I ever experienced. They ruined my sofas.
