  • I like their selection and prices for nail polishes. But they get a 2 star from me based on the overall experience. The sales people there are RUDE! I went in there asking them a simple question "is X brand nailpolish in shade X sold out, because I didn't see one on the shelf." And the young skinny, effeminate guy behind the counter ROLLED HIS EYES and said - in the bitchiest and most sarcastic voice possible - "yes, that's why they're not on the shelves" - I guess they don't carry a stock at all, or at least he wasn't willing to check it for me. When I turned around, I heard him whisper something to his two female coworkers, and they all laughed. I turned to look at them and the guy just left the counter, and the two female workers avoided eyecontact with me and snickered. This has never happened to me in any other stores before, and it's totally unacceptable. I can understand starring customers down like a hawk to prevent shoplifting at beautystores, I can forgive inexperienced sales persons who don't know what they're talking about, heck, I can even overlook sourly answers to STUPID or RUDE questions. But what they did was really unprofessional and not worth the $1-2 discount on nailplishes that is their main attraction to me.
