| - *UPDATED REVIEW*
So I took away my 5-star review and now leave Pig &Chicken with only 2. I went back a second time with extremely high expectations (read review below), and was very disappointed this time around. I ordered the sangria ($9) and got only half a glass, whereas the last time I had come, it had been a full glass. $9 for a half glass of sangria is steep, considering it's mostly juice! The waitress did give me $2 off when I spoke up, but stated that's the correct portion moving forward.
This time around, I ordered the brisket, and while the edible pieces were DELICIOUS - 75% of the brisket was fat!! Seriously?! It was $11 for 3 bites of good brisket. Ridiculous...

BEST CORNBREAD AROUND! I honestly crave their cornbread on a daily basis. It's perfectly sweet and soft. I loved it.
We went around 7 during the week, and there was plenty of seating. We sat upstairs, and the atmosphere was very cool - huge windows and lots of light. Very pretty.
I ordered the spiced sangria (tasted like sangria with some cinnamon in it), and it was delicious. I ordered the ribs with the red cabbage on the side. Boyfriend got a macaroni and cheese bowl I believe, and cornbread.
Ribs were very good - not a lot of meat, but it was cooked nicely and tasted good. The cabbage was inedible to me. I hated how vinegar-y yet sweet it was - I gave it to my boyfriend and ordered cornbread instead. Best choice ever!
Very neat place, reasonable prices, quick service - will definitely be returning again and again!!
