Great non-touristy place in Vegas for all-you-can-eat sushi. Wide selection of standard and some non-standard sushi and rolls, cuts of sushi were good and tasted fresh. There was also a good variety of other hot items like noodles, rice, teriyaki, crab, fresh made noodle soups, etc. In addition, there's a chocolate fountain with fruits you can dip in it and ice cream which they'll scoop for you (including green tea).
Definitely beats Todai which I think has been going downhill the last 2 times I have been there. A friend told me about this place - definitely more of a place where the locals go and you won't see many tourists around (BIG plus). It's off the main Vegas strip so you will need to take a cab and call for one later. Dinner buffet is $22. I'll definitely be back.
Bottom line: if you are looking for pretty tasty sushi in an all-u-can-eat setting without many tourists, I think this is a great place. If you are looking for Vegas' best sushi, go to one of the many high-end sushi places that you'll find in the nicer casinos.
