I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service at this location on Power and Ray Rd.
I found an item online on Target's website, not a price match but Targets own advertised price.
The online website says only sold in stores, it then gives you the option to search stores in your area for pick up. I drove all the way over to this Target location after stopping at one prior and the item was sold out. Power and Ray had one item left on the shelf, which was on sale at the store for $33 and some change, the online ad shows it for $19 and change. I get up to the cashier and she says "this happens all the time, please go to customer service and they will correct". I proceed to customer service and the customer service "manager" says they do not honor the price online. She also proceeds to tell me that they will not price match, even though this is advertised on Target.com for this price. This is not a item that I can purchase online it specifically said in store only, and I do not feel this is good business practice. I have wasted my time and gas driving around to stores to pick up an item for an advertised price.
You can believe that I am very upset to come home, and spend additional time writing this complaint.
