  • Las Palmas apartments are a hit and miss if you are looking for a new place to call home. The office staff and maintenance crew are great but the area and the security they offer are just completely awful. You would think having a police station near by that crime and creeps would be under control. Far from it, my girlfriends car has been broken into not once but twice while supposedly security walks around on patrol. More like patrolling their finger in their asses. Only been here a year and a new management team has come in and taken over, during the day things are calm but at night you really need to know your surroundings and keep a close eye and listen for your vehicles and valuables. I would not recommend staying here unless you encourage the gun law and just want to be close to the strip.
