rev:text	I would give negative stars if I could. What a bunch of slime balls. My fiance and I spent 10 hours cleaning, painting, doing everything that the exit rental agreement stated that we had to do. We went above and beyond what was necessary. We cleaned the refrigerator, the cabinets, the baseboards, I scrubbed everything. Even the bathrooms that we never used. The weasley little guy named Michael who came to do the inspection, completely ignored me when I attempted to speak to him. He refused to acknowledge me and was very rude throughout the entire encounter to both of us. It took him an hour and a half to do the walk-through because he took it upon himself to poop in the master bathroom during his inspection. My fiance was promised his deposit check within 30 days. They didn't even mail the check until the 31st day and he only got half of it back. There were all kinds of asinine charges such as the shower heads, painting fee of $200!!, $50 dog poop cleaning fee (even though we had already cleaned up all of the feces), they charged for an air filter, a $5 light bulb charge for a bulb that actually worked and various other things. When he tried to call his realtor to talk to her about the check, she dodged his calls. I called from my cell phone and she picked up on the third ring. They knew what they were doing was wrong. This company is a sham. My fiance was never late on payment and even sent two referrals for this company. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. Do not rent from this company.
