The worst experience ever !! +3 hours in line (shuttle and dollar), it was 2am when we finally could rent the car (at least 30 people were still waiting).
Employees were taking aaaaall there time (2 employees for 50 people in line), trying to sell us bigger car, imposing insurance i was told at the reservation was optional.
We ended up paying more than twice the price than told at the reservation.We were so exhausted (2am ... after a flight landed at 9:30pm) and we really needed a car to go to the hotel that ... we payed ...
I would say it's a very well ORGANIZED THEFT.
We felt treated like animals. It's a shame.
