  • I am a realtor that had a client that was having a/c issues. A/C went out in July due to compressor and 2 months later, stopped working. When my client contacted the home warranty company they told him to reach out to the a/c company who told him to reach out to the home warranty company. This went on for weeks until I got involved. After weeks of fighting with another a/c company on shotty work and not following up, I contacted GE Home Services directly to assist in my client. I was not only amazing of how professional, honest and upfront they were about the problem because I had not experienced that lately from A//C Companies. GE Home Services is amazing! They showed up when they said they would, fixed the problem and took the time to explain what happened to my client. They worked with the home warranty company to ensure they covered it for him and made sure my client was taken care of. I would highly recommend them is not saying enough. Thank you Greg and Julie for all you do. It's awesome to find professionals that work like I do with integrity, honesty and do what they say! God Bless you both and thank you again.
