  • I don't frequent chain restaurants very often, but on a recent trip to Arizona we gave the California based Black Bear Diner a try. I was extremely surprised at how good this place is. Everything we had was excellent. The Chicken Fried Steak is huge and delicious, and the real star of the evening was the Corned Beef Hash. The Hash was extremely flavorful, and the portions were very large as well. Overall a great place for a home-style meal in the Desert.
