  • An ADT salesman came to my door. He told me there had recently been crime in my neighborhood and that was the reason he was soliciting. I felt he was trying to scare me and I don't appreciate predatory sales tactics. ADT please stop going door to door. Most people don't like being bothered at home. As a security company you should understand that it is also unsafe. Anybody can come to your door with a story and a clipboard. I would never buy anything from a stranger walking the streets. I hope noone else buys goods this way so door to door solicitation will not be an economically rewarding practice for companies.
