  • i visit this sam's location at least once a week for the past three years. i have business membership and have utilized most of their in store services including optical, pharmacy and photo departments. my experience has been underwhelming but do you really expect more from sams? the optical department has been disorganized, with poor follow up and seems to struggle due to understaffing. photo department was okay great, again understaffed but no really big expectations there? the clerks are all over the place. i'd say one in every four transactions are pleasant.
